Welcome to my website !!!  I am so excited you are here !!! 

 A little about me.....

 I am a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, healer, advocate for women in recovery, skincare expert, trauma informed yoga teacher, blogger, writer,  health advocate and a lifelong learner!!! As a young girl i wanted to become a doctor.... life had another plan. I landed my first National Commercial at 13 years old. I have learned A LOT about life during the 20 years i spent in " The Business ". Most important lesson was that the only person, place or thing that can make me happy is me! I never lost the desire or passion to be a doctor, to help others feel better... It just came about a little different. When I decided to leave the entertainment industry i was so lost. I was depleted inside and just felt empty.  That industry has a way of making you feel like a million bucks only to come back and slowly drain you like a swamp. The miracle is...... I met some amazing souls who picked me back up and showed me how to put the pieces of myself back together. This time I did so bit by bit, breath by breath. I dove into healing like my dog dives into milk bones :).A Thousand hours or so later and tons of research , I became certified in skincare and trauma informed yoga. I have been so blessed to be of service over 25years now. 

My belief is that to truly heal we need to include the whole body. We are not separate parts working alone. We are systems that each play a part to support another so our body, mind and soul can move about with ease and grace.  There may come a time in which a part of you feels off... this is where the healing begins. 

I love the saying " To be beautiful You must first Feel beautiful". Beauty is an inside job. This is where my belief came from when I combined yoga and skincare. Your skin radiates when your insides radiate. Anyone can throw nice smelling lotions and potions on you but if you don't feel good about what you are doing they will not make a difference. 

When we work together it is always a unique experience. My treatments are customized to where YOU are at the time of your session. Your skin is not always the same... you will be in a different frame of mind, place in your life, where you may need a more nurturing treatment. Maybe you will need a deeper treatment.. You will be always unique each and every time we meet!!!!!!! :) :) :)
